Pizza Ranch is a pizza, fried chicken and salad bar with 186 locations across the Mid-West. The company’s mission is to allows guests to enjoy the “Buffet Your Way” experience and order custom pizzas and non-buffet menu items without having to wait around for it. Those custom orders would be delivered directly to the table. This case study talks about the success Pizza Ranch had when they deployed a table locator system called Table Tracker.
