FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Patented technology enables pager and cell phone notifications from a single interface.
Based on a patented technology, On Cue is the only waitlist application that seamlessly notifies a customer’s cell phone or a guest pager.
Long Range Systems (LRS) today announced the launch of On Cue for Restaurants, a complete solution for waitlist management, now available for download in Apple’s app store. Based on a patented technology, On Cue is the only waitlist application that seamlessly notifies a customer’s cell phone or a guest pager.
“Guests appreciate having the option to be notified by cell phone or pager,” said Skip Cass, chief executive officer of LRS. “Restaurant operators want to streamline waitlist management so they can focus on the guest experience. On Cue gives customers the flexibility they want and restaurants the simplicity they need.”
LRS is known for having invented the original guest pager for the restaurant industry in 1995. On Cue represents the company’s latest evolution in wait-time management with a solution that promotes efficiency at the host stand while delivering usable analytics to management in the background.
“On Cue is the simplest, easiest-to-use app on the market,” Cass said. “Restaurants can set up an account in seconds and start adding and communicating with guests.”
On Cue features include:
- Paging to cell phones or guest pagers through a single interface (patented)
- Efficient, three-step guest entry
- Customizable text messaging
- Quote time management tools and status indicators
- Wait time tracking for host stands
- View guest history
- Easy re-paging
- Table Management
On Cue for Restaurants can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple app store. The download includes 300 free texts a month. Premium text packages start at $39. LRS guest pagers are sold separately.
