Happy new year from all of us at LRS.
Looking back, 2015 came and went, but not without several challenges and noteworthy accomplishments. At the beginning of the year, we posted our 3 New Year’s resolutions as a company. So how did we do? Here’s a recap:
Resolution #1: Get to know our customers better. LRS is continually looking for improvements and one way we did that is by simply asking our customers for feedback. One change we made this year to better serve our customers was extending customer support hours. With our products serving customers all over the U.S., we made it easier for those outside of our time zone to get the support they need, when they need it most.
Resolution #2: Make LRS a great workplace. This year, we created our own Culture Committee and tasked them to find opportunities to improve culture at LRS and make it a great place to work. Here’s a peek at what they did this year:
Resolution #3: Give back to the community. LRS is proud to play a more active role in giving back to the Dallas community. This year, we raised money for Meals on Wheels, donated goods to Girls Inc, and hosted a bloode drive with Carter Blood Drive and more.
