In last week’s blog, we took a moment to look back at all of LRS’ accomplishments in the past year. We’ve released three new solutions, have been recognized for our innovations as a top contender in fast casual technology, and completely revamped our brand and website. No matter how good our last year was, however, we know that there is always room for growth and improvement. In the spirit of the new year, here are a few of our 2015 resolutions.
Resolution #1: Get to know our customers even better.
LRS recognizes our role as a company extends beyond just a supplier of tools and solutions. We want to continue to foster our relationships with all of our customers and help them grow their business to become even more successful. As a partner, we want to be more accessible to your needs, offer support to make sure operations run smoothly and achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Our team is always available to provide support, resources and assistance in order to help our customers reach their goals.
Resolution #2: Make LRS a great workplace.
Our relationships with our customers are just as important as our relationships within the company. This year we hope to encourage our staff to be more active by participating in workplace wellness programs, team building events, and other social activities that will make LRS a great place to work. By participating in healthier activities, the benefits are endless. Not only does it promote healthier lifestyles, some advantages include lowering healthcare costs, reduced stress, improved performance and concentration, and more. LRS hopes to build a stronger sense of camaraderie by encouraging employees to experience activities that aren’t related to work, such as team runs, sports teams, or walking clubs.
Resolution #3: Give back to the community.
Last year, we hosted our first food drive and toy drive for Metrocrest Services that benefits needy families in the Dallas area. In December, Metrocrest was able to provide 4,200 meals for families-in-need and through the toy drive Metrocrest delivered Christmas gifts for 2,859 children who would have otherwise gone without this holiday season. LRS was overjoyed to be able to contribute. This year, our goal is to continue finding more ways to give back to our communities.
We are looking forward to making 2015 another great year for the LRS family and our customers. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter to keep up with our efforts!
