Long Range Systems Announces Internation Expansion
Long Range Systems Opens Franchise in Puerto Rico Expanding the Total Number of Worldwide Offices to 15
ADDISON,TX—– Long Range Systems, LLC (LRS), the leader in onsite communication solutions, opened its fourteenth international franchise this June in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
After receiving poor service at a local restaurant nearly a year ago, franchise owners Mike and Rita Rigau began pursuing ways to solve common problems consumers run into in the restaurant industry.
“The service was slow, food cold, the manager was not accessible,” Mr. Rigau said. “After the Incident, we decided to search for products that could solve these issues and found LRS.”
After spending more than a year searching for solutions, and then training with LRS products and services, the Rigaus acquired LRS-Puerto Rico—and now represent the entire product line. The franchise will initially focus on the popular and demanding tourism and hospitality industries in the area, but plan on expanding in a variety of markets, including hospitals and other healthcare-related fields. Currently, LRS-Puerto Rico’s client base includes: Hilton San Juan Hotel, St. Regis, Wyndham Rio Mar, Gran Meliá and Embassy Suites.
